The Los Osos Community Service District (CSD) still has grant funds available to assist you with your sewer lateral connection. Attached is the HUD Income Limits. You must fit within this range in order to qualify for assistance through the Los Osos Low Income Assistance Fund.

If your income fits within the HUD Income Limits, please fill out the attached application. If you have any problems filling out the application or would like assistance filling out the application, we have several members of the community who are willing to give you confidential assistance. All materials are due to the CSD office no later than December 31st 5:00 PM.   If you are dropping off your packet after hours, please use the 24 hour drop box. Please make sure that all items listed on the application check list are enclosed with your application.
