Board Members serve an important role in how these services are provided by establishing policies, defining priorities, setting utility rates, and ensuring tax dollars are spent efficiently and effectively.

They do, however, need to be able to put in the time necessary to understand the issues the facing the District, spend a few hours before each meeting reviewing and understanding materials, and work effectively with the other Board Members, District staff and the members if the community to achieve the best outcomes for the District and its residents, property owners, and businesses.

As of December 2026, the Board seat representing District Area 2 will become vacant. No candidate filed to run for the Area 2 seat during the candidate filing period for the November 2026 election.
