NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - DELINQUENT WATER CHARGES
DATE: July 5, 2018 TIME: 7:00 p.m. PLACE: LOCSD, 2122 9th Street, Suite 106, Los Osos, CA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 21, 2018, the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Los Osos Community Services District (“District”) caused to be filed a written report (“Report”) containing a description of each parcel of real property for which water charges were at least 90 days delinquent for the purpose of collecting the same on the tax rolls.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on July 5, 2018, at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the Los Osos Community Services District, Suite 106, Los Osos, California, a public hearing will be held before the District Board of Directors, at which time the Board shall hear and consider all objections or protests, if any, to said Report referred to.
For your review, the Report is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Los Osos Community Services District, whose office is located at 2122 9th Street, Los Osos, California.
