There are three water purveyors in Los Osos.  Click on the map on the right side of this page to view it up close.  Please check to see if the address you are moving into is on this list before applying for water service with the District.  

To establish service with the District, please complete the online application below. If you need assistance or need to complete an application in person, please contact the LOCSD Customer Service Department at 805-528-9370. Lobby hours are 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All applications must be received by 3:00pm for same day service.  We do not begin service on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

For new property owners: a completed Water Service Application (please see the link below) and a copy of a legal photo ID must be received no later than 3:00pm for same day service. If received after 3:00pm, service will be scheduled for next business day. Please be advised that service will not be established until both the application and Photo ID are received.

If you are located outside of Los Osos CSD's water service area, you will need to set up water service with S & T Mutual Water Company or Golden State Water Company. Here is their contact information: 

S & T Mutual Water Company services the Sunset Terrace area near the Sea Pines Golf Course.  To establish service call 805-316-0640. 

Golden State Water Company provides water service to the other areas in Los Osos. To establish service call 1-800-999-4033.
