Mission Statement

The Los Osos Community Services District shall provide the best possible services to the community of Los Osos including water, wastewater, drainage, parks, recreation, street lighting, solid waste, fire, emergency and rescue response. The Board of Directors and staff shall respond with excellence to meet the community's needs and desires. The Board shall encourage community participation in its decision-making and shall facilitate the interaction between the community and other agencies and levels of government.

Regular Board Meetings:
Meetings will generally be held the first and third Thursdays of each month, beginning at 7:30 pm at the South Bay Community Center, unless otherwise noticed.

Cable Channel 20 broadcasts a community calendar, gavel to gavel coverage of all LOCSD Board of Directors meetings and meetings of other governmental entities as time allows.

DVDs and Videotapes of LOCSD's Board Meetings may be borrowed at the LOCSD Office.

A library of reference materials and handouts is available in the LOCSD Office lobby.
