Q:  What services do you provide?

A:  The Los Osos Community Services District provides water, drainage, solid waste, parks and recreation, street lighting, fire emergency and rescue response.  

Q: Where is your office?

A:  Our office is located at 2122 9th Street, Suite 110, Los Osos, CA 93402

Q: When are you open?

A:  Lobby hours are from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm Monday-Friday.  The only exceptions are Holidays. We are available via phone Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm @ 805-528-9370.  

Q:  How do I pay my water bill when your lobby is closed?

A:  Place the payment in the 24-hour drop box located to the right-hand side of our lobby front door at 2122 9th Street, Suite 110, Los Osos.  Payments will be applied on the date received by 5:00 pm

Q: Where can I pay my trash bill?

A:  There is a locked box in the District lobby where payments for Mission Country Disposal bills can be dropped off. The payments are picked up by Mission Country Disposal Employees Weekly.

Q: When are the Board Meetings

A:  Meetings will generally be held the first Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm at the Los Osos Community Services District Board Room, 2122 9th Street, Suite 106, Los Osos, CA  93402. Please check the current Agenda for the meeting location. 

Q: Where can I watch the meetings?

A:  LOCSD Board of Directors meeting are in person at 2122 9th Street Suite 106, Los Osos, CA 93402, and available via Zoom and Broadcasted to the Los Osos CSD Facebook page.  You can also watch meetings streaming on SLO-Span, Youtube and the District Website the day after the Broadcast..

Q: How do I report a leak?

A:  Call the office immediately at 805-528-9370.

Q: How do I get a hydrant meter for a construction project?

A:  The LOCSD does not provide potable water for construction.  Use of water from hydrants is limited to fire suppression and/or other activities immediately necessary to maintain health, safety and welfare of residents within the boundaries of the LOCSD.  Our Board of Directors declared a Stage III Emergency on April 2, 2015 due to the continuing drought.
