2022 LOCSD Standing Advisory Committees Standing committees are advisory committees to the Board of Directors and consider District related issues assigned to it by the Board of Directors. Standing committees are comprised of five public voting members and one public alternate, and two Directors who serve as Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson. All standing committee members and alternates are appointed by the Board of Directors commencing on March 1st and ending on the last day of February of the succeeding year.
Los Osos Community Services District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Los Osos Community Services District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
other impairments to understand and use the website to the same degree as someone without disabilities. We welcome
