2011 LOCSD Board of Directors
The Los Osos Community Services District is governed by a five-member Board of Directors. The Board President and a Vice President, who serves in the absence of the Board President, are elected annually at the first regular meeting of the calendar year.

The LOCSD Board of Directors Bylaws and Rules of Decorum are reviewed for revisions and updates annually at the first regular meeting in January and considered for adoption at the first regular meeting in February. |
