Water Rates and Billing Schedule

The billing cycle occurs every two months with water meters being read by the 10th of the month.  Water bills reflect those two months of consumption and billed according.

Bills are mailed to customers around the 18th of the month.  Water bills are due upon receipt and considered late if not received by the 15th of the following month.  The LOCSD Water Department is not responsible for bills lost in the mail or not delivered.  If you do not receive your bill by the 20th of the month, please call.  A late charge of 10% is assessed if not paid by the due date.
